Dear RHLL Families,

The biggest event of the Little League season, OPENING DAY, is this Saturday, Feb 22nd and we couldn't be more excited!

In order to make the day run as smoothly as possible for the kids, please read the following schedule carefully:

OPENING DAY, 2025: Celebrating 70 years of RHLL!

8:00am: Parade Set Up at Rancho Vista Elementary School (4323 Palos Verdes Dr. North)

9:00am: Parade Begins. The parade route is from Rancho Vista Elementary School down Palos Verdes Drive North to the RHLL Fields.

9:45am (approximately): Opening Day Ceremony

9:55am: Tiger Squadron Flyover

10:15am - 2pm: Fun at the Dapplegray including:

Food Trucks Serving (Burgers, Tacos, Domino’s Pizza andTREAT) available for purchase with, check or credit cards

Carnival Games

Temporary Tattoo Booth

Face Painting with Long Day Studios

Live Music

RHLL Merchandise for sale

12:00pm and 2:30pm: Major and Intermediate Divisions Games start on both RHLL lower fields

2:00pm Opening Day Festivities Close: All cars must leave the Dapplegray Lot at this time.

A few new Opening Day updates for 2025:

1) There will be very limited parking available at/near Rancho Vista so, especially for older players, please plan on dropping your ballplayer off.

2) Limited parking will be available in the Dapplegray lot. Overflow parking will line PV Drive and there will be absolutely no parking allowed on the service road.

3) Wristbands for carnival games will be handed out at Dapplegray.
